
A tika is a head jewellery worn from a centre parting of the hair. The end has a hook that is pinned to your hair while the other end of the tika reaches hangs down on the middle of your forehead.
Traditionally, brides would wear this type of jewellery, however now it can be worn with any outfit and for every occasion.
Tikas come in various colours and designs, whether it is in gold, silver or costume jewellery based.
Mang Tikas are tikas but in the form of a bindi, which are self adhesive and are worn in the same manner.
