Charges for Shipping:
All orders that are despatched to UK addresses are delivered for FREE.

Delivery Information:
Orders over £5 will be sent via Royal Mail's First Class Recorded Signed For delivery which requires a signature upon receipt of parcel.  Orders are normally shipped the same/next day after payment has been made (excluding Sundays and public holidays).  Recorded Signed For deliveries can take 2-3 working days to be delivered.  Please order early and in time to avoid disappointment.

Special Next Day Deliveries:
If you require a faster delivery service, please email us in advance and we can arrange to send your order via Next Day delivery before 1pm.  Contact us at sales@asianglitz.co.uk and list the products and quantities for purchasing along with your contact details including delivery address and telephone number.   We will then send an email requesting payment for the products and Next Day delivery postage (postal prices starts from £4.95).  Royal Mail's Next Day delivery service requires a signature upon delivery.  An order must be completed and payment received before 1pm to be despatched the same day, please insure that you contact us several hours prior to this in order for you to receive confirmation emails and to make the payment.

Missing/Damaged Orders:
If your parcel has not arrived within the given period or item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us at sales@asianglitz.co.uk where we will be able to assist you.

General Notes:
We do not accept responsibility for you not being able to collect the delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any late deliveries, goods damaged while being delivered or incorrect address given whilst order has been despatched. We are not responsible for goods missing if incorrect mailing address has been given. For large orders the manager has the right to send goods via other means which in most cases will mean large orders will be sent at high priority.
